We need to cut taxes to create MORE revenue, just like Pres. Kennedy did and so did Reagan. It is outrageous that the government can take 40% of ANY dollar earned. The first dollar or the millionth dollar.

BTW, it would be one thing if the supposed surplus would be used to pay down debt, but if Gore's crowd gets in, they will SPEND IT on more SOCIAL PROGRAMS. Don't trust 'em.
