More births with adoptions. Frank, I will ask hypothetical questions. Ignore them if you don't like. The question here is, are there surrogate mothers who will be willing to adopt other women's fetuses in their own body (assuming technology permits it). What do you think about this as a solution? Also, assuming there is technology that males can provide life support to fetuses who would otherwise be aborted. Would you be willing to provide life support to save one?
