CyberSecuritiesLaw Tribune has been made aware of a corporate cybersmear lawsuit filed on June 28, 2000 in Los Angeles Superior Court in California. The suit is styled as follows 4 Kids Entertainment, Inc., Alfred Kahn, and Joseph Garrity v. Booper, Case No. BC 232592 (Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Los Angeles, Complaint filed June 28, 2000) (Hon. J. Stephen Czuleger).
