Dan, Of course, B1 Bob Dornan litigating a year later is totally different Are you suggesting that just because Bob Dornan is a sore loser I am supposed to base my opinion on his behaviour to maintain some kind of consistency? I have no idea about the details about that case, and since it never went anywhere, it probably lacked merit. But Katherine Harris obviously knows that this is a totally different situation. I fully expect Democrats to appeal her decision, but I think their case is not very strong. Harris even said in her opinion that her ruling is subject to court intervention. Joe
