OT Robert,

<<When you get extremes in opinions, the truth may lie somewhere in-between. It would only require a slightly less rosy picture than the CEO's have painted to bring their stocks down. As investors, we are not entirely objective. We have a tendency to discount negative news, and believe only positive opinion that supports our own.>>

I agree with you, as an investor I am developing a healthy distrust of management(in general). I used to think that they were looking out for me the shareholder...experience has taught me otherwise.
We all think that NT will grow very fast. Management has told us it will grow very fast. What happens if it does not grow as fast as they (and we) expect? I think we have seen what happens over the last several weeks.
Now the question is do you think Nortel is still priced for perfection? or has the market now factored in this imperfection?
Daniel
PS I completely disagree that we should especially listen to a person's opinion if they are paid a lot of money for it. Absolute nonsense!
