Sure, Eli and crew get a favorable settlement... ...and now they want to bail out? I doubt that a takeover is a consideration at this time. The logical suitors would be Toshiba or Hitachi and there is already a healthy working relationship with these companies. Eli said earlier this year that we are still on the first block of Main Street. Why would he give up control now after spending so much time and effort setting up this company for long-term success? He is one of the most underappreciated and unrecognized CEO geniuses in The Valley. Why bow out now with such little notoriety and so much unrealized potential? Get real folks. Ausdauer
