But B1 Bob had support from the House Republicans, and his case was not isolated. In fact, you might say there seemed to be a pattern. Republican loses close election, Republican litigates and whines

The one difference is that in Gore's case it is just an election being so close that he wants to count and recount and recount again and then maybe recount another time.
In B1 Bob's case he was allegeing voter fraud. This allegation may or may not have been true. If it was there is more reason to protest and investigate then there is in this presidential election.

As for Ms. Harris, she seems to be making a habit of pronouncements somewhat at variance with what the judges are saying. She can say whatever she wants, of course.

Didn't she stay within the guidance of the judge? The judge told her the deadline in the law is valid, but she can use her discretion in whether to accept amended returns past the deadline.
