Mike Steiberg is an idiot and II is a pos magazine. He didn't do his homework and even when people emailed him about his error on the cash and book value, he didn't revise his write-up. Mike failed to account for the 300 million in cash that was reserved to pay for the tax on the divi acquisition, thus once the acquisition closed, tax paid, and the true cash is only 111 million. This issue has been debated endlessly on Yahoo board.
