The liberals do have brains and, in many cases, high IQ's. What they do lack is common sense and judgement.

Well I did go to a top-rated "univrsitie" and learned a "ting" or two about "asinine" "tings"...including how to spell without a spell-checker. I also learned how to think for myself.

The real wild card here is the absentee ballots and probably shakes out like this...military personnel (as they have over the last 3 ys) will side with Bush, ex-pats will also side with Bush and the real wild card is the Jewish community of Florida now residing in Israel, who will side with Gore...Sat all of this will be determined and I am placing some (minor) bets that the markets will do well on Mon as a result.

Now if you check out leading academicians, actors, thinkers, philosophers, top rated universities and students: You will find a couple of things common. One they have brains, two they are liberal.

But liberals of yesterday are certainly not liberals of today. Back when the top rated universities, like Harvard, were founded, the top thinkers were not exactly "liberal" by a long shot.

"Top thinkers" are found equally amongst liberals and conservatives. The problem is there is a strong anti-conservative, politically correct sentiment in our culture that now keeps conservative thought from seeing much light in the mainstream. If one is a liberal academic, one can get away with quite a lot of hogwash.
