No Pezz they did not. More people voted None of the Above , 107 million of them in fact. You choose to ignore this.

You sir represent the values of what is wrong in this country, always spinning to some incidious purpose. Your whole argument rests on nullifying the fact that the Non Voting majority did not support either candidate. This provides your side with license to continue to rape and pilage us.

Well friend, your wrong. Whenever you look in your neighbors eyes, dont let them know how you betray them.

'Chads' Found on Floor of Ballot Counting Room

(CNSNews.com) - Police in Broward County, Fla., collected 78 "chads" found
on the floor of a room where the manual recounts are taking place, wire
services reported Thursday. The chads, bits of paper punched out of ballots
when votes are cast, were found on the floor by Republican observers, who
asked deputy police officers to collect them as possible evidence. ''This is
what we expect,'' said Republican County Elections Supervisor Jane Carroll,
although there's no indication that anyone deliberately "liberated" the
chads. Some observers say the more the ballots are handled, the more chads
are likely to break loose. Vice President Al Gore gained seven additional
votes in Broward County, Fla., as of 9:45 a.m. Thursday, with 45 out of 606
precincts reporting results, according to press reports. The full manual
recount is proceeding, despite an announcement from Secretary of State Katherine Harris that she would accept no additional manual vote totals. If the current trend continues, Al Gore could pick up an approximate total of 150 additional votes in that county alone. Bush currently leads Gore by 300 votes in Florida, excluding outstanding overseas absentee ballots.
