We have laws in Texas covering crimes, regardless of skin color, sexual orientation, etc. We do not pay homage to Jesse Jacksonesque special interests in Texas.

I did more than you probably ever did I am sure. I marched for civil rights and put my body on the line. I got into a number of violent confrontations defending blacks against racists.
