Guns and Better...

Are you referring to some specific insurgents?

No. This discussion is hypothetical. It was borne of a post by someone regarding some radio talk show hosts warning of armed insurrection if the election results were not to certain citizen's liking.

What they want to set up, is central to whether the majority would consent happily. I did not assume they intend deny the protection of individual rights our constitution provides for.

We are talking apples and oranges here. I am repeatedly stating that the insurrection itself in anarchic. The armed insurrection violates the Constitution. Why do you not address my point? You have failed to give a counter argument to this assertion. Do you assert armed insurrection is Constitutional? If so point me to the text. If it isn't then whatever follows is extra-Constitutional.

Thanks
