I'm assuming the rest of the company is not worth that much,as i think the revenue from those businesses will be falling going forward.

Feshback, Have you ever heard of wireless infrastructure where NT has a 25% market share or broadband access? These are rapid growth areas in addition to optical. I suggest you go to the Nortel website at www.nortelnetworks.com/ and research the different product sectors.
