Excellent post. Since I first heard of cities suing gun manufacturers I have thought the gun industry should counter sue the cities for not protecting the public well enough. How anyone can argue that the murders in these cities are the gun manufacturers fault is beyond me. Kind of like Gore arguing that losing the election is all related to 4 counties in democratic sections of Florida. If you don't get your way (whether it is election results or gun laws) blame it on someone else and go to court.
