They didn't count because she ordered them not to count. Volusia didn't listen to her. PBC listened and they might just cost Gore the WH.

Like they say if a cop orders you to stop, he can't arrest you for blocking traffic. But if you get HACK Harris as the cop, that's exactly what she will do.

BTW, how gracious of Don Evans to decline a recount in IA!
