The bush box is almost closed. In a couple of hours Junior George will miss the deadline for requesting a recount in Iowa. He can't request one now since that will make his opposition to recounts in Florida moot. So, once Chatty Cathy is declared to have abused her discresion and the recount begins, Bush will have a very uphill battle to request any other recounts. You don't suppose some of Reagan's senility rubbed off on James Baker do you? He should have seen this one coming. TP
