The OHG agreement I have at hand is dated June '99 -

itu.int

(although OHG is within the province of ITU, not 3GPP2) <g>

I'll dig around in my spare time to see if I can find an Agreement or other correspondence of interest that is more current... Sadly, ITU requires passwords to dig very deep. Typical. <g>
