It will, undoubtedly, happen. Love your trashcan analogy. BTW, let's take a look at the last 2 close elections again- Nixon/Kennedy and Ford/Carter. How come, in both, there were a number of races not as close as Florida, but pretty much this close...where actual FRAUD occurred (unlike in FLA)...and neither loser chose to act upon this? Because they both realized that acknowledging their loss and accepting defeat was honorable, and the right thing to do....no matter what their ability to alter the outcome.
