On what basis will they overturn her decision, in your opinion?
Simple, Florida law allows for a hand recount. She has to give the recount an adequate chance to be completed. Hint - she accepted partial hand recounts so she can't easily say they have no place in certification. She really didn't give any reason for refusing to amend the numbers much less a good one. She was warned not to be arbitrary.
