I am wrong.
The savings rate is not always negative, it is just always very low and a poor measure of individual savings.
I think it is a bad stat.
The money going into retirement accounts/mutual funds is a better measure of savings than data collected at banks, IMO.

I am long KEG, MDR, ESNJ.
I have been trading some as has been suggested by others.
Been buying MDR on dips below $10 and selling above $11.5.
In ESNJ with dips near $3.5 and getting out at $4.25.
I expect a pop when the election results are final.
