Chris Nolan: The prez has a library -- his own --
on his mind
November 16, 2000 12:00 AM PT

Looks like President Clinton is tapping Silicon Valley for help with his
next project, the William Jefferson Clinton Presidential Library in Little
Rock, Ark.

Clinton has had at least one meeting with Internet-savvy entrepreneurs,
including Critical Path (CPTH) Chairman David Hayden,
Integrated Archive Systems CEO Amy Rao, Novell (NOVL)
CEO Eric Schmidt and financier Sandy Robertson. All are loyal
Democrats, generous Clinton supporters, and well connected in Silicon
Valley.

Kilo:

Please don't leave. Now that you've gained perspective you're insight would be even more valuable. For instance did your work with Novell leave you entirely isolated in Silicon Valley or did you have an opportunity to broaden your horizons and get an opportunity to work with the staff in Utah?

Are the two cultures really as divided as has been indicated here?
