Stephen,

As far as CATP's adherence to the PGDCEB algorithm, it has to, on an intraday basis, dump below the 10/4 intraday low of 2 15/16 on greater volume than each of the 3 days previous to the dump...THEN it MUST show a closing bid that is higher than the dump day's low.
Intraday activity on PGDCEBs is extremely important and very tough to gauge in real time. Sometimes they hit that intraday low and vault up 20% or more by the close. Other times they vault up that 20% and then turn back down to close on the low. Cats take nerve to play. The ones I like best are those that close with the bid just off the low, with proper volume of course. That way risk is much lower since the stop is closer and upside potential is greater since price is still low AND you get the opportunity to enter the day after the signal rather than speculating intraday during the dump.
I've been tracking CATP for most of this year now and I have to say it's a prime candidate for a significant gain when it finally puts in a proper signal.
It'll take extreme diligence though.
