Great. Come to California (if you're not already here).

Be careful though. Because in this state driving while in a state of diminished capacity can get your butt in the slammer. That covers little things like (a) prescription drugs, (b) non-prescription drugs, and (tra-la) (c) sleepy.

So make sure you're fully awake when you get behind the wheel, because otherwise the CHiPs can bust you.
