California will get better when the nuke plants and other electricity plants under manitenance get back on line in a few days. Also, a little rain in the Pacific Northwest + slightly warmer weather and NG prices in California will head back to toward normal $7.00 instead of $8.30.

Looks like the Nymex NG price got ahead of itself, and will have to come back and bounce around some more. Trading profits for somebody...Also, after the next 8-9 days of cold weather, it will get somewhat warmer (normal winter) for a while, according to Joe Bastardi at accuweather.com.

I sold some E&Ps today, and added puts on QQQ. My market timing service says to go short, then cover late Monday, and don't go long until Friday. Don't know if I believe them but I'm following some of it.

Looks like tax loss selling for people & and institutions on calendar years. Could trigger margin calls...?

My take is that many people are waiting for the market to pop higher when we have an election decision, and plan to sell into the ramp. Far too many people planning to sell...

So I sold some now.
