After Gaylord files the inverse condemnation lawsuit, I think that there will be some increased interest in this story. A lot of the information that all of us already know will begin to trickle out (perhaps we can help it a little). The calculations that one can make to arrive at the $100 billion figure may or may not be valid, but even a discussion of valuation ought to trigger at least a modest runup. I think that any discussion of the law should start with the last Appeals Court Ruling and the comment about "just compensation". My suggested "final solution" involving a "Delay in Drilling" can wait for serious negotiating as an alternative to a court imposed judgement. I think the whole story will begin to get out fairly soon no matter what we do here on this board.
