Actually that is NOT what was just ruled on. It was ruled that WPB has the authority to continue recounting if they so choose to and see fit (in other words, if they want to consider a Preg. Chad, or a dimpled chad as a vote, they can do just that).

The other issue has NOT been ruled on yet. That won't come until the counties actually try to submit thier new tallies to the Sec of State.

In the Meantime, the Sec of State is standing firm, and advising she will NOT accept any changes to the certified counts.

More legal showdowns are indeed coming.
