I doubt he would have refused the exam if he had butt problems or heart problems. From what I have been led to believe from the way it has been reported that Wimp Junior conducted himself during the time period in question I believe he wanted out of the Air National Guard anyway. He just wasn't willing to submit to a drug test to accomplish this though. JMO
