Actually, from what I have just seen it looks as if the SOS has not been ruled to have abused her discretion. Merely that recounts can go forward. That's OK. She still has discretion to reject them and she should. We'll have to see the opinion. JLA

Funny it was the right decision for them but the wrong decision for the secretary of state. Truth is that the United States is no longer United. There are the socialists and the capitalists. Sadly I believe that you big 1 world government people are winning the battle. My wife and I sat down and looked at what she was earning. On a salary of 53k after paying for work expenses (car clothing food etc) it ended up that real take home pay after taxes was about 7k. She quit her job. That is one less person to pay for your socialist Utopia. I will be next. I will not work as a slave for your ideals and dreams.
