Michael, if the contentions in the following article are true, congress has the last word, period, making all the courtroom stuff irrelevant ... other than for spinning purposes, of course. <g> cnn.com Unless one of the turkeys or his party concedes, it seems this could drag on into January. I wonder how much uncertainty this market can withstand? On the other hand, the wall of worry is reappearing in the popular press, and this tired old bull is surely going to want at least one more kick at the can ... <g>
