"BRCM has been over priced for a while. Analysts expect 43% growth next year. That means that the high fair value of the shares is around $105. Low fair value of about $60. It was a short waiting to happen. Anything above $105 right now is a premium. I expect the market to keep some of the premium. BRCM has 57% gross margins. I'm looking to buy PMCS with 78% gross margins on this sell-off."

John R. is pretty smart with the fundamentals...I really thought low FV would be around 80,..not 60.

ML's new target price for BRCM is $225 - not so shabby, don't you think? - and the old target set in July was $300.
