Max you are in denial, there is no way RE maintains these lofty level's. Can areas like SD hold up better then others? Absolutly. The fact remains there is no such thing as a NEW ERA. There is a business cycle which carries up asset prices, and wealth and then drags it back down. We have just had the longest peace time expansion in history. DO you think it will go on for ever? Its over folk's, THE END the recession will be here within 12 months and RE values will decline nationwide as people debted to the hilt file for bankruptcy, and the rash of easy bubble dollars dries up. The technology companies you feel will drive this growth will start firing people soon, some have alrady started. Do you think those pwople will be wildly bidding up property?
