The federal court system -- including the Supreme Court -- is the wildcard. I dont like Bush's chances at the state level, but who knows what the federal courts will do. I dont think his federal claims have much merit for reasons Ive explained earlier, but a lifetime appointment gives you a fair amount of freedom. We shall see.
