I HAD started hoping that Gore would be successful in stealing the Florida votes because a Bush win + political weakness + economic recession or depression = death of Republicans for a generation & increased power for socialists/Democrats. BUT, watching Al last night, I thought -- to hell with it -- I would rather that my country sink into abject totalitarianism and my descendents find themselves living in MUD HUTS -- I would rather that the HUMAN RACE BECOME EXTINCT -- than to have to watch and listen to that execrable stuffed-suit AlGore on TV EVERY f**king DAY for 4 LONG YEARS! How could ANYONE be that much of a condescending, arrogant, patronizing obnoxious JERK? God, I thought Clinton looked phony! Gore just makes me want to reach into the TV set and throttle him. What must his THINKING be like to make his WORDS come out that way? The mind reels! How can even Democrats STAND the guy? Screw the politics. Republicans in Florida, please DO WHATEVER IS NECESSSARY to get those votes.
