Gore made it very clear last night. Florida law is clear. A hand recount is justified, to date there has not been a hand recount because of Bush's gestapo tactics.

Gore's already said (1) recount every county in Florida; (2) he'll abide by the results; (3) he won't challenge the results; (4) he will discourage other Dems from challenging the results.

How clear can he make it? This ain't rocket science.
