here's what to do...uninstall firetalk...then shut down your computer..

then re boot both, and re install Firetalk...

check your mic and speakers thru your head set, going to Firetalk Support..they will help you...

then come to the room...it works....

were you able to read the text???

and i had no problem today??? with ameritrade..remember you can call in your orders too...

and you should have 1 back up account at another online broker...

When launching Firetalk : there is no sound because the speaker device already allocated to the first chatroom. Or are using the CD=rom to play music on the PC that you also launch firetalk ?? In case like this, you should get a warning from firetalk - tools.
