You are wrong. The software pavilion was only for P4 applications. We also verified this by looking at the hardware profile. I repeat you are wrong!

You must have been talking to the wrong people or perhaps you came before they released the information on the launch next week. I spent several hours with the people at the pavilion and also talked with the Intel P4 manager who was on the floor on Tuesday and Wednesday. The NDA will be released on early next week along with the official benchmarks.

It is actually something over 60 P4's in the Software applications pavilion. They were many 1.4 and 1.5 MHZ units along with a few sloer speed units. I talked directly with the Intel people. I was there Tuesday and Wednesday and talked with the different companies that were demonstrating their products on the P4. There is no doubt that the machines were 1.4 and 1.5 GHZ P4s.
