<< Well, I don't think Gore can lead ... And I'm not sure Bush knows how. >>

This was the first election that I thought about not voting. I was angry that the Party's couldn't come up with better candidates, for the most powerful position in the world.

The Democrats really turned me off, when Bradley and Gore said in front of a black New York church that the police, who were to go on trial for accidently shooting a man in a very dangerous neighborhood, were guilty and should go to jail. I always thought people were innocent until proven guilty. Plus...... I am very much pro-police. Back then, I pledged that I was not going to vote for Gore. (of course, that wasn't the only issue.)

<< Yes, the Republican party needs to moderate and break ties with the "hard right". >>

Perhaps it is wrong, but the Republican Party has the image of being controlled by the "hard right", and that it is a bigger part of the party than we know.

<< What if the Florida Supreme Court rules Harris has to include the hand counts in the final certified count. >>

What happens if Gore wins, after the hand counts complete, but they don't allow the votes?
