End of year rally?

Seems every portfolio manager that comes on CNBC during the day says the same thing, "we're going to rally into year end".

From my little bunker, I see lower prices until the election gets resolved and until we get through the next pre-announcement period which starts the week after Thanksgiving. Maybe they do rally them into year end, heck half the street will probably shut it down by Dec 15th due to all the pain, so there is a potential for a low volume rise, much like in August in the final 2 weeks, but where does the rally start from, do we rally the Naz from 2700 into 3200??

What's Hahn saying these days, the guy is amazing IMO.

TraderMERL: I don't believe we will continue this bear market for 6-18 more months, so that would imply that we will reverse the trend in the months to come, plus we have favorable seasonality coming very soon. But the chart just took a turn for the worse, instead of a selling climax...
