Here's the skinny on our beloved Arba. look for the first bounce at around $66 but should wait it'll come back to fill at the bottom of gap at 58-59, major support. The H&S measurement is down to 38 on Arba, same as Yhoo's H&S measurement. Those H&S measurements should be considered in play if the market continues downward. Remember the QQQ H&S measurement is down to 42, We need to hold approx. 70 on QQQ.

I don't know if the article says anything new, but I know a lot of traders and fund managers read theStreet.com and they tend to "sell first and ask question later". Plus, I read somewhere that there is heavy selling from insiders.
