Whatever happened to old Al and his words to improve the discourse.....LOL I cannot believe courts would allow selective examination of ballots when others, in the state or in the rest of the country, did not receive the same treatment. The manner in which the manual recount is being handled violates the equal protection of the voters in counties where there is no manual recount IMHO. In a statewide election, it is unfair to select only those counties for a manual recount where the county popular vote sided with one candidate.
