Furthermore Bonnie, what if on completion of the hand count, horror of horrors, Bush wins and also gets the popular votes? Then what? - there was no fraud, obviously - the counters did not mishandle the ballots, obviously - hand counting is the only accurate method, obviously - machines are fallible, obviously. What a crock.
