From what I understand, the Bush camp is very much aware of voter fraud but have not one time complained of it. The reason is that he is currently the president elect. He received the most votes even after the recounts (excluding these manual recounts which we don't know the results and they are trying to not be allowed to count). The reason that they haven't complained of voter fraud is because right now according to the law the Florida Secretary of State is right in not allowing the manual recounts. But one of the reasons for allowing manual recounts is faulty machines or voter fraud.
