No, the Constitution is guiding this through, despite the confusing political spin from both sides. Thank God for a few judges who can actually make decisions. We may need a few more before this is over. But bottomline are the tallies which will be visible soon. And despite GOP protestations all recounts will count. But those still might not be enough for Gore to win. Consider this, the election could be won by less than 50 votes. Wow.
