Larry,

Nice work on those charts.

It appears that your conclusion is that until a significant HIGHER HIGH is produced then the stronger rally may not have started yet. Seems to be a good conclusion. So until the 3500 peaks are broken to the upside, then the market can still move down some more.

In the case of 1990, the NAZ moved down about another 20% before the bottom was reached, although that was the exception.
