We have a code of laws derived from the Constitution, and your oversimplification of the code is what I would expect from someone with little understanding of the law.

TigerPaw, I commented on the scheme that gore was trying to pull on wednesday. I am certainly not blind. I just hope that the Federal court tomorrow brings some sense and finality to this. tp
