Mr. Penry was condemned for the 1979 death of Pamela Moseley Carpenter, 22, who was attacked at her home in Livingston. She lived long enough to describe her attacker to police, who were familiar with Mr. Penry, then 23 and a convicted rapist who recently had been paroled.

This from the Dallas Morning News

you see that??? someone who probably knew JUST what kind of help this man needed, got him paroled and a womans life was the end of THAT help session.

Gov. Bush could have only granted a 30 stay, OR pardoned him. Would you want him out in your neighborhood?

Now if he had TWO bad trials as some say, then give him another...but do not release this man to get "help".

Darlin, GW does not execute anyone. He is the gov of a proud state that does not accept murderers into our bosom. We deal with them the old fashioned way...we kill them.

I suppose you're pro-choice. You have a problem executing a brutal criminal, yet have no problem pulling a baby 90% out of its mother's womb before bludgeoning its head with scissors. Typical liberal moron.knc
