Getch, we always said believe in china when the check has cleared. first saws now nortel. .......Recently announced to whom? How come we have not heard of this before? Very big. Nortel Networks recently announced awards with an estimated aggregate value of US$525 million for new wireless networks serving up to 17 million subscribers and paving the way for Wireless Internet and data services in Greater China. The company has won wireless network contracts in 17 of 31 provinces in China. Even Bigger, Hyundai passed the field trial test on its CDMA WLL system and handsets in Calcutta this past September and intends to implement them in remote areas of India by early 2001. Since the WLL system is both cost effective and easily deployed, the Indian government hopes to establish 200 million lines of WLL service by 2001 with an additional 300 million lines by 2002, thus creating a telecommunications infrastructure in otherwise remote regions. ....... do you think this could drive up earnings before q2? do you think q can break the trading range it has been in since july? and lastly how about the stochastics you foundly follow? audie
