Hi Rose, CNN showed the recount procedure for one of the counties...you have one Republican and one Democratic observer standing and watching EACH ballot be recounted...if there is a dispute over the ballot, it is set aside and given to an independent party to examine...this loose chad shit is stupidest thing i have heard...you actually have to push the damn thing out fairly strongly, it's nothing you can do accidentally...from what I saw it would be very difficult (not impossible) for someone to play games with the ballots... Important court decision today at 10:00 a.m. to see if that overly made-up mannequin that masquerades as Secretary of State has to accept the hand recount results.. Rob
