I wouldn't give any value to insider buy any more....look at the insiders that are getting margin calls on stocks like WCOM and PSIX....the ceo has a margin call on psix. I believe it was a high level executive that got a margin call on WCOM. This is a bear market....If you want to play a dead cat bounce on NT go for it. Just make sure you use a stop loss. Don't get caught averaging down on a losing position.

I know many people that are "insiders" in tech firms that don't have a clue about the real value of the stock. I had a buddy that went to work for AOL last year. His stock options rose to a value of 1 million dollars. He ended up not taking any profit and AOL traded down below his strike price. He was convinced that it would come back that he was in for the long long term. With CEO's and high level executives getting margin calls insider buying doesn't mean anything any more. These insiders don't understand bear markets and have no clue what their stock is worth.

Oh, that didn't sound good...did you just hear cnbc talking about NT and LU losing market share to cien....shame. Sounds like a new 52 week low is in the cards again today.
