They, the canvassing board, cited the law to her. They said the only way they could grant her a manual count was if, (a) there was a malfunction with the voting machine or (b) if there was fraud. Absent either of those and she could not have a manual recount. Strange how their value system has changed.

I think her name is Beverly Green. She could set a nice precedent for us.

At the very least, she will prove to be a compelling witness to the arbitrary nature in which Palm Beach has historically operated their elections.

The news is missing this, probably quite intentionally, since anyone with a "chad" of common sense would realize that this validate SecState Harris' call to deny recounts.

It is a warning for the future... make sure your local election policies and standards are consistent at all times, in every election.

If I was a lawyer or the RNC PR representative, I would have her on EVERY possible news channel and display her plight to the American people.

Very likely that would certainly sway public opinion to how biased PB has been acting in all of this.
